Dear Comrade Jagannathan - Greetings - No, the officials in 5500-9000 will have no impact due to this order - only those officials in erstwhile 6500-10500 whose pay was not upgraded to 7450- 11500 would be given 4600 GP now - In our case all officials in erstwhile 6500-10500 [HSG-I] have alrelady been upgraded into 7450-11500 level by CPC - So now no impact for our employees - Regards

Please intimate whether any impact will be there to IPOs Grade pay from present 4200 to 4600 as they are being placed on par with other inspector of central services having the pay scale of 6500-10500 by the 6th pay commission

Dear Sir - The Pay Commission recommended merger of pre-revised S9 to S12 scales and that was offered to IPOs in 4200 Grade Pay and simultaneously the level of ASPOs raised to 7450-11500 level in Grade pay of 4600/- - Therefore the present MOF orders do not change the Grade Pay of IPOs according to our understanding - Regards
