what is the date of effect of macp?.sep-2008 or sep-2009
Sirs,in context of postal accounts office(organised accounts), I seek following clarifications-
1. Mr.A is a sr.accontant and got 2nd acp on 5.9.2004 in pay scale of 6500-10500, as his old scale was 5500-9000. What will be his revised grade pay on 2nd. &3rd. macp ?
2. In same cadre Mr. B got 2nd. acp on 5.2.2006, then what will be his grade pay on 2nd & 3rd acp(dni 1st Feb that time)?
3.What will be fate of Mr. C who will get acp after 1.9.2008 ?
4. What will be the grade pay of an AAO with 5 years of regular service in this cadre ?
In a DA(P) Office , as an Organised A/C,There no post of Section Officer exists so there must not be a grade pay of Rs.4600, because the organisational heirarchi of grade pay is Rs.4200 to Rs. 4800 (JAO/AAO). Am I right, Sir ?
