Sub: Faulty orders issued by the SSPOs/SPOs of
different Divisions of Assam,
Sir,
It has been brought to our
notice that at the Branch and Divisional level in Assam Circle faulty orders
are being issued by the authorities. Which are mentioned below?
The SPOS Goalpara Divn. Sri Ratul
Sharma vide his letter no A1/Cash Monitoring /2018-2019 dated 1/8/2018 asked
all SPMs to furnish the information of excess cash through whatsapp message and
also reiterated the same instruction saying that the message received through
whatsapp should be treated as official order.
This is an exposure to a high risk,
as leakage of information from phone may bring untoward incidents of dacoit etc.
Secondly the SSPOs Guwahati declined
to hold meeting showing administrative reasons although the Divisional Secy has
requested him several times furnishing agenda.
Thirdly, the SPOS Dibrugarh who
joined in the month of September 2017, has not hold a single meeting till date
although several reminders and agenda have been submitted by the Divisional Secretary
Dibrugarh There are clear guidelines
from the Directorate In this regard.
It is therefore, requested to kindly
issue necessary instructions in this regard so that any mishappening may be
prevented.
