Please do not have any opinion that the employees are having a "FEEL GOOD" factor after the Pay Commission. The real truth is employees are dying day by day. Higher Pay with increased harrassment and high level threatening is the real time scenario in grass root level. If you want statistics proof here it is: The past two years has witnessed a steep increase in the percentage of disciplinary charges on the Group-C employees. The steep increase is even more steep after implementation of Project Arrow (Sorrow). Hence I hope this CWC should not end up raising expectation about indefinite action and then nullifying the same expecation after a Federal Executive.
Dear Comrade Senthil - Greetings - We do understand the reality and the amount of torture undergone by the employees especially in Project Arrow Offices and the P3 CWC as well as the P4 CWC discussed in depth - Both the CWC Meetings decided to organise action including direct action through NFPE and Postal JCA - The verification process has come in the way and we are unable to organise any action programmes during membership election - However the CWCs have decided that after the June NFPE Federal Council Session defintely a sustained Programme of Action culminating in strike would be decided and undertaken through Postal JCA - your comment that there is no feel good factor at present shows that the employees are coming out of the feel good sentiments created by the arrears payments after 6th CPC which is really good - however your comment that we are raising expectation but nullifying the expectation after Federal Executive meetins is not correct - We are some times forced to retreat our legs on the face of negative reaction and feed back we receive from branches or due to unavoidable developments like Verification etc - NFPE always try to unify the organisations and launch united programmes and some times all coming together may take some delay but the intentions are not to be douted - There will be action after the 8th Federal Council Session - Regards
