PUNJAB CIRCLE NFPE UNIONS WOMEN CONVENTION

            Punjab Circle NFPE Unions Women Convention was held at Sahnewal, Ludhiana (Punjab) on 25.09.2015. Com. Laxman Singh Circle President P-IV Presided the meeting. Com. Jagdish Dhiman Circle Secretary P-III Punjab, while giving Welcome speech stressed the need of women empowerment for the future of Trade Union Movement. Com. Gita Bhattacharjee Joint Convenor, Women Committee, Confederation of  Central Government  Employees and Workers & member  P-III CHQ  Mahila Committee while delivering  her speech elaborately spoken  on all the issues related to Women  employees and she appealed to all women Comrades to join the NFPE  and make the organization  strong by forging a broader  unity .  Com. R.N. Parashar, Secretary General & General Secretary P-III elaborately spoken on all subjects including pay Commission, GDS, Casual Labourers issues and Women employees related issues and emphasized the need of women employees to come forward in the trade union movement.

            He also thanked and congratulated all Circle Secretaries and Comrades of Punjab Circle for organizing such a grand Convention. Coms. Rakshpal Singh Circle Secretary R-III Punjab, H.S. Guleria Ex. Circle Secretary P-III H.P., Naresh Gupta Circle Secretary P-III Haryana and other Comrades also greeted on the occasion.

            The Convention was concluded after Presidential speech of Comrade Laxman Singh who thanked all for the making the programme a grand success
