ATTENTION NATIONAL EXECUTIVE MEMBERS OF CONFEDERATION

Dear Comrades,

Please refer to our Circular No. Conf/No: 3/2012 Dated: 12^th March, 2012 Dated wherein the National Executive of Confederation was notified to meet at Kolkata on 28^th April, 2012. The venue of the National Executive meeting is “Institute of Agricultural Cooperative Management” near Didhan Nagar Railway Station, Ultadanga, Kolkata.

As per the Constitution the National Executive consists of the following members:

National Secretariat Members.

All State Committee Secretaries.

Chief Executives [Secretary General / General Secretary}

pf Affiliates which have more than 3,000 Members.

In our last communication, we had requested for a detailed report on the participation in 28^th February Strike from both the State Committees and Affiliates. Very few have responded to the request. We therefore request you to kindly send us the report immediately by email to Confederation to enable us to compile it.

All National Executive Members are also requested to make it a point to attend the meeting at Kolkata without fail and inform us the time, date and mode of conveyance of their arrival and departure at and from Kolkata.
