ACCEPTANCE OF ACP SCHEME NOW AFTER
12 YEARS SHOWS THE INCOMPETENCE OF THE UNION LEADERS AT THE CENTRE .WAKE UP ATLEAST NOW AND DO JUSTICE FOR THE EMPLOYEES.
Dear Comrade mn - greetings - thanks for your interaction - However i beg to differ from your notion that non-acceptance of ACP 12/24 earlier was due to the incompetence of the union leaders at the CHQ level - The non-acceptance at that time only shows the maturity of the leadership at that time because the acceptance at that time would have resulted in some adverse situation for many in the department of posts at that time because the 2 ACP did not offer any better upgradation than the TBOP/BCR system except getting them some years before with negative impact on many promotees - Now the ground realities have changed becaues it is not 2 ACP 12/24 but 3 ACP with 10/20/30 bringing better benefit to many - Every issue should be assessed in the concrete situation of that particular background - Regards.
