RE-VERIFICATION OF MEMBERSHIP ORDERS RELEASED BY DEPARTMENT OF POSTS
As already pointed out the re-verification again is due to the Court Orders
Last Date of submission of Membership Declaration Forms to Divisional Heads by the Divisional Secretaries is 26.04.2010
Comrades Please Note carefully that the Declaration Forms signed by the Director SR alone should be used
This time the Divisional Secretaries should submit 5 copies of List of Members along with the Declaration Forms to the Divisional Heads - Also note that the List and Declaration Forms are to be submitted only to Divisional Heads.
Divisional Heads will display in Notice Boards from 27.04.2010 to 30.04.2010
Members can represent against wrong inclusion of their names before 06.05.2010
Recovery of Subscription from 31.05.2010
Verification Process will be completed before 11.06.2010
