Now Bonus Ceiling Arrears Orders also under issue and Payment will be done within a day or two –
NFPE is working for further improvements – The task is unfinished – Bonus CAP should go – ACP to be implemented – Cadre Restructuring to be ensured for better Promotional Avenue – Hundreds of other vital problems are there for us to face -
But NFPE Headquarters cannot carry on smooth functioning without FUNDS!

ALL SHOULD KNOW THAT FUND IS A MAIN THING FOR GOOD FUNCTIONING OF AN ORGANIZATION. EVERYBODY IS DUTY BOUND TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE UNION LIBERALLY. OUR SG IS REITERATING THE NEED OF FUND AND WE ARE TO ACT SPEEDILY LIKE OUR PRESENT LEADERSHIP----N.SUBRAMANIAN PRESIDENT P3 TIRUPUR
Comrade bobby - you have selected your blog comment at an inappropriate place i think - anyway let me tell you that we have demanded regularisation of RTP Services before the pay commission. Though 6th CPC ignored the question its recommendations for grant of full pension on completion of 20 years of service goes a long way for erstwhile RTP comrades also get full pension. However for many other benefits the matter has to be taken before the apex court and no other way. The All India Conference of P3 Union in Guntur is the proper place to discuss and take a decision to go to the Supreme Court on this issue.

my present pay scale is s-8,i got 20years service in the month of june 2008,can i promote into next pay scale ie s-9.if i promote

Dear Comrade Srinivasa Rao - Greetings - Since you have completed 20 years service you are entitled for 2nd ACP to 4200/= Grade Pay in PB-2. The date of promotion shall be normally the date of completion of 20 years service or the issue of orders of ACP whichever is later - but now we have to await DOPT Orders on Modified ACP Scheme - Since we are new entrants into ACP Scheme we have to look for the date of effect - Await for orders but anyway since you have completed 20 years you would be placed in 2nd ACP with 4200/- grade pay - Regards

what about 14days strike period.how it will be treated as leave or cashpayment?will the orders released or not?
Dear Comrade bobby - the Honourable Minister had directed the department of posts to grant leave for the period of 14 days strike - the department of posts is processing the case - no orders are released so far.
