Dear Circle Secretaries and Comrades, I am in Bangkok attending the Seminar of UNI-Apro as already known to you. The Confederation has noted the names of comrades attending the Conventions. Since it is not possible to contact me over phone until my reaching on 8th night in New Delhi, I only request all the Circle Secretaries to take the lead in organising the conventions in their respective Circles along with other CG Organisations. As far as my attending the Bhopal and Nagpur meetings are concerned, I request Circle Secretaries of MP to kindly have the meeting in Bhopal on 16.6.2008 and the Nagpur Comrades to hold the meeting on 17.6.2008 to enable me to attend to other preoccupations in Chennai on 19th June 2008.
