INTERACTION
WITH IPOS PROBATIONERS
Com. R. N. Parashar, Secretary
General, NFPE & General Secretary, P3 was invited by Director, Rafi Ahmed
Kidwai National Postal Academy, Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) to interact with IPOs
probationers on topic “Dealing with human resources in Department. (i) Staff Relation
(ii) Service Union on 19th May 2017”.
A key note address by Com. Parashar was
presented before IPOs probationers and reply of queries and questions raised by
the probationers was given. Besides the subject given above the history of
trade union movement, Impact of neo-liberal economic policies on Government
Sector and 7th Pay Commission related issues were also presented
before the IPOs probationers.
A warm welcome was extended by
the administration of RAKNPA Ghaziabad to Secretary General, NFPE,
Shri P. K. Bishoi, Director and
Sri Vinay Tiwari Additional Director were also present on the occasion.
