Subject:- Secretary (P)`s meeting with Postal Joint Council of Action

 

(PJCA) held on 10.01.2012 and12.01.2012 -Item No. 6-constitution of a Committee for cadre restructuring of MMS Staff.

 

 

          This has reference to minutes of  Secretary (P)`s meeting   dated 10.01.2012 and dated12.01.2012  with PJCA  circulated vide communication No.8/15/2011 –SR dated16.01.2012 on the above mentioned subject.

1.                 As minuted under Para No.6 a Committee  comprising the following is constituted to consider cadre restructuring of MMS Staff:

 

Ms Sandhya Rani  PMG (BD) , Andhra Pradesh Circle –Chairman

 Director (MV)                                       Member –Official Side

Shri Giri Raj Singh                               Member –Staff  Side

Shri D. Theagarajan                             Member –Staff  Side

 

2.                 Committee will submit its report within three months from the date of formation.
