FEDERAL COUNCIL IN NEW DELHI - ANNOUNCEMENT FROM RECEPTION COMMITTEE

ATTENTION FEDERAL COUNCILLORS

All 95 Federal Councillors [P3=30; P4=48; R3=11; R4=2; Admn =1; Postal Accounts =3] will stay in Chug Dharmsala in rooms 1 to 24. Four Comrades in one Room. Bed arrangements have been made.

Room No.25 is reserved for Women Delegates.

GDS Fraternal Delegates will also stay in Rooms in Chug Dharmsala. Mini Meeting Room will house GDS Fraternal Delegates and some more Fraternal Delegates from Sister Organisations.

80 Visitors will be staying in the Basement Hall. Bedding arrangements have been made.

Federal Councillors; Fraternal Delegates; and Visitors are requested to directly go to:

Chug Dharmsala, Udyan Marg, Near CNG Gas Station, Gole Market Area, New Delhi -110001

Catering Arrangement from the morning of 20.06.2010 for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be at the Delegates Camp only.

25 Rooms have been reserved for 19.06.2010 itself to facilitate Councillors and Visitors coming a day earlier. However, based on the allotment all have to adjust from 20^th Morning as per the above allotment. Similarly on 23.06.2010 some Rooms and the Basement Hall are retained for those Comrades who stay after the close of the Federal Council on 22^nd evening. Therefore such Comrades are requested to readjust their stay in such Rooms and Hall on 23.06.2010.

Comrades reaching New Delhi, Old Delhi or Nizamuddin Railway Stations are requested to take Pre-paid Auto or Pre-paid Taxi to Gole Market and reach Chug Dharmsala directly.
