Dear Comrade Srinivasa rao - the payment of 60% arrears is likely to be ordered in the month of September 2009 only as per the indication of the Finance Secretary to our Confederation leaders.

I HAVE COMPLETED MY SERVICE FOR 20 YEARS IN THE MONTH OF JUNE 2008, I GOT REGULAR PROMOTION OF COMPLETION OF MY 16 YEARS SERVICE.MY PRESENT GRADE PAY IS Rs 2800.CAN I GET MACP PROMOTION OF COMPLETION OF OF 20 YEARS OF SERVICE,AND WHAT WILL BE MY GRADE PAY.PLEASE CLARIFY MY DOUGHT

Dear Comrade Srinivasa rao - greetings - if you are a direct recruited PA/SA and has completed 20 years of regular service and that you have got your first regular promotion or TBOP Upgradation after 16 years, you will be eligible for your Second ACP - the Grade Pay on Second ACP will be 4200/- Grade Pay

You had intimated through your blog that orders are under issue to grant BCR promotions taking into consideration the atual date of appointment and not from the 1st of january or 1st of July as is being done presently. kindly intimate whether orders have already been issued in this regard-R.K.SAXENA, BCR PA, S.R.NAGAR PO, HYDERABAD-500038.

Sir,
Direct recruited P.A.'s minimum pay is Rs.9910/- including grade pay as per VIth pay commission and departmental recruited P.A.'s pay is fixed by giving a single increment and difference between grade pay. This comes a big difference and direct recruited P.A.'s basic is much more than departmental recruited P.A. whereas the work is one and the same. kindly guide what can be done so that this anomaly can be erased

ADR plan doesnot include any recruitment of MMS cadre kindly do something to fillup vacnat posts in MMS

Dear Comrade Ravi - Greetings - The vacancies under ADR were cleared by the Screening Committee and announced by the Department of Posts - Now no change is possible - No vacancy in MMS as well as in the Cadres of Multi Skilled Employees and Mail Guards were cleared by the Screening Committee and so we can do nothing about it now - We discussed about these issues already with the Secretary Department of Posts on 23.07.2009 and we were assured by the Secretary [P] that since the Screening Committee has been wound up we will be able to fill up all vacancies arising from 1.4.2009 - Therefore we will be able to take care of this problem in future - Regards

Dear comrade Ravi - Greetings - This issue had already been taken up by the Staff Side in the National Anomaly Committee for discussion and rectification so that the pay of the Seniors recruited before 1.1.2006 is stepped up to the level of the Post 1.1.2006 direct recruits - Not only in the cadre of PA but in every cadre there is a gap between the new recruits and existing employees - Enough publicity had already been given by our Journals about the issue been taken up in the Anomaly Committee - Please wait for the results after discussion in the National Anomaly Committee which has not yet met so far after its formation - Regards

I was promoted Artisan Grade II to Artisan Grade I without any financial benefits again I was got promotion to Chargehand (Technical),which the scale of Artisan Grade I merged with the scale of Chargehand.
I expedite justice from the outcome of Fast Track Commitee.

One employee who has appointed as Postal Assistant as Direct Recruitment Rule, join on 1-5-90 got TBOP on 2006, will he get 2nd MACP after completion of 20 years service I,e. 2010 ?

DearCom.Ragavender, thank you very much for your continue efferts in all issues of Postal Employees,Red Salute to you,In MACPs issued by Department, we find that Pay band mentioned in the MACPS - II as 5200-20200 with grade pay 4200 and MACPS - III as 5200-20200 with grade pay 4600. Its should be read as 9300-34800 with grade pay 4200 for MACPS II and 9300-34800 with grade pay 4600 fir MACPS III. Because, we already drawn in the pay band of 9300-34800 with grade pay 4200 for BCR/HSG II and 9300-34800 with grade pay for HSG I. Its should be immediatly brought to the Higher Authorities. Otherwise. MACPS should not to be implemented to the officials of BCR and 30 year completed officials,when they are considered for MACPS II. at the time of promotion. Immediate action please.
