RETIREMENT
OF COMRADE PANDU RANGA RAO EX. G/S AIPEUGDS
Today, Com. Pandu Ranga Rao, ex GS, AIPEUGDS will retire from service.
He is a perfect gentleman and also a man of his words. He has a unique contribution to GDS union as well as NFPE.
We wish him a happy and healthy retired life and hope he will with us even after his retirement.
Gudur Division (under AP Circle) where he has been working has decided to felicitate him on 8th January.
In this programme I will also attend. In due course of time NFPE will also felicitate him as a mark of his excellent, selfless services in organizations.

At the call of NFPE WB Circle a massive Demonstration was held yesterday on 03.01.2023 at Yogayog Bhawan, o/o the CPMG, West Bengal Circle against the move of shifting of SP mails of ICH Sealdah & ICH Howrah to NSH Kolkata, against the abolition order of MBC Sealdah, to create a new Division for RMS Unit at Port Blair under the Control of the PMG, A&N Region instead the control of Kolkata RMS Division. Main demands were RMS issues along with timely payment of PTCL/ DRMs and allotment of funds. The tiffin hours Demonstration was very massive and showed the anger of our union members. A rally was organised at 5th, 6th & 7th floor before starting the meeting. Above 300 members from various Divisions participated at that meeting. Com. Santanu Nandy, President, CHQ, R-III, Com. Tapan Bhowmik, General Secretary, AIPEU GDS, Com. Tarun Panja, AGS, R-IV, Com. Asit Bangabas, CS, P3, WB Circle, Com. Asit Kumar Das, CS, R4, WB Circle delivered their speeches. After the meeting a memorandum was handed over to the CPMG.
