Cruel and inhuman act of Shri S.D. Sheikh, SSPOs, Jodhpur (Rajasthan)
Sir,
Shri S.D. Sheikh, SSPOs Jodhpur
(Raj) is working in such a way which is very cruel and shameful on the part of
an officer who is supposed to act as a guardian of lower level employees.
Some examples are mentioned below
which will prove his cruelty and shameful and inhuman act.
(i) One
Shri Bhiyan Ram, BPM Salavas B.O. in account with Sangariya SO, Jodhpur
Division (Raj) who was suffering from Cancer had applied for paid leave from 26th
August-2019 to 09thSeptember,2019 with permission to leave the
station for treatment . The medical report was also enclosed with the
application.
Shri S.D. Sheikh, SSPOs
Jodhpur did not grant him leave and put pressure on him to open more IPPB
Accounts and to do business under PLI & RPLI.
The aggrieved official who
was cancer patient could not take treatment as he was not granted leave and
because of lack of treatment, he expired on 12.09.2019 due to cruel and inhuman
attitude of Shri S.D. Seikh SSPOs Jodhpur.
2. Another
one Shri Pukhraj, BPM, in account with Pipar Road S.O., Jodhpur (Raj) had also
applied for paid leave to undergo heart operation. He was also denied leave by
the Shri S.D. Sheikh, SSPOs, Jodhpur. As the patient was suffering from Heart disease
his family member took him for operation.
The salary of period of leave was recovered from the
official which shows the cruelty in nature of Shri S.D. Sheikh SSPOs, Jodhpur.
Some other cases are also there
which will also be reported later.
Based on the above facts, we urge upon you to kindly get
the matter enquired through an officer of the Directorate and necessary action
may kindly be taken against such cruel officer who has no humanity in his heart.
Hopping for a positive
action.
Yours Sincerely,
(R.N.Parashar)
Secretary
General
