Ravindranath C/S R4 addressed.

Aneeshkumar delivered welcome speech and vote of thanks.

M. Krishnan SG, confederation presented the subject ' 7 CPC related issues and
confederation struggles' and 5 PM Dr. K. M.
Anil presented the subject ' Media Intervention In Present Day Politics'.
On 15th July combined Circle Council
Meeting held under the Presidentship of com. C. Sivadasan and R. S. Sureshkumar
and the council decided to make 23rd August-2017 strike a grand success.

than 200 delegates representing entire branches of Kerala circle attended.
