AIPEU GROUP-C (CHQ) SECOND ALL INDIA STUDY CAMP-PURI, ORISSA  Second All India Study Camp of AIPEU Group-C (CHQ) was held at Puri (Orissa) on 4th  and 5th  February 2012.  The camp was inaugurated by Com. K. Raghavendran, Ex-SG, NFPE by taking class on "leadership qualities and role of P-3 Union".  Classes were taken on two days by  Com: M.C. Nair, Retired SSPOs, Kerala (Disciplinary proceedings),  Com: M.R. Meenakshi Sundaram,  Retired Supervisor, SBCO, Tamilnadu (Contributory Negligence) Com: B.G. Tamhankar, Ex-President P-3 & NFPE (Right to Information Act) Com: M.Krishnan, Secretary General, NFPE (History of the Postal Trade Union Movement) Com: K.V. Sreedharan, General Secretary P-3 (CHQ) conducted the  Question, Answer Session, Interactive Session and Discussions and Examination on all staff related matters and Rulings.  The reception committee under the able leadership of Com: R.C.Misra,Vice President, (CHQ) and Circle Secretary P-3 Orissa Circle and the dynamic leadership of Com: Rajesh Bohidar, Divisional Secretary, P-3 Puri Division  & General Convenor made excellent arrangements for  the successful conducting             of the camp.
