ALL INDIA STUDY CAMP FOR NFPE LEADERS

AT THEKKADY ON FEBRUARY 13,14 AND 15

 

RECEPTION COMMITTEE

 

            Reception committee have been formed for the All India Study Camp of NFPE Leaders scheduled to be held from 13th to 15th February 2011, at Thekkady in Idukki District of Kerala. The office bearers of the reception committee are as follows.

            Com.T.D. Jose Divisional Secretary PIII

 

             Various subcommittees and executive committee of 150 volunteers have also been formed.

 

            Accommodation of 200 delegates have already been booked. The Reception committee also made arrangement for boating in Thekkady Lake on 15.02.2011 morning and thereafter for a journey to Munnar which is an important tourist place of South India.

 

             It is advised that delegates may step down at Kottayam Railway station. The delegates will be received by the volunteers at Kottayam Railway Station. A special Booth of the Reception Committee will function at the premises of Kottayam Sorting Office at a distance of 50 Meters from the Railway Station. The KSRTC Bus stand at Kottayam is at a distance of 2.5 KM away from the Railway Station. Delegates are advised to travel by Autorikshaws upto Bus stand. Buses are available around the clock to Kumily(Thekkady). At Kumily Busstand Delegates will be accompanied by the volunteers to the lodges.It will take 3 Hours to reach Kumily from Kottayam. A booth of volunteers will also function at Kumily Busstand.

 

             If any delegate wish to step down at Ernakulam they are advised to travel by autorikshaws upto Ernakulam KSRTC Busstand. From Ernakulam it will take 5 Hours to reach Thekkady.

CLIMATE WILL BE MODERATE COLD DELEGATES ARE REQUESTED TO BRING WARM CLOTHING.
