NOTICE OF ALL INDIA CONFERENCE

 

In exercise of powers delegated and as per Section 25 of the constitution of our Association notice is hereby issued for the FIRST ALL INDIA CONFERENCE OF THE ALL INDIA POSTAL CIVIL WING EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION which will be held on DECEMBER 12, 2010. The agenda of the conference will be as follows:

 

1.      Opening session from 11.00 AM to 12.00 Noon

2.      Delegation session from 12.00 Noon to 1.30 PM – Report & Organizational Review

3.      Lunch from 1.30 PM to 2.30 PM

4.      Continuation of delegation session from 2.30 PM to 5.00 PM

5.      Tea Break from 5.00 PM to 5.30 PM

6.      Presentation of accounts

7.      Elections of new office bearers at 5.30 PM

8.      Vote of thanks.

 

Venue of the conference will be intimated in due course
