MACP CLARIFICATION ISSUED BY DEPARTMENT
The Department has clarified vide its letter No. 4-7/MACPs/2009/PCC – dt. 19.09.2001 to Chief PMG, West Bengal Circle about the admissibility of third financial upgradation. The Clarifications may be useful in respect of other circles also. The full text of the abovesaid clarification is reproduced hereunder: -
