FULL CHARTER OF DEMANDS WILL BE PUBLISHED SHORTLY
ALL SUGGESTIONS FROM MEMBERS WILL BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT
TBOP / PO&RMS ACCOUNTANTS / SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS / ERSTWHILE RTP AND ALL OTHER ISSUES ALREADY IN THE MARCH CHARTER
DEAR COMRADES! NFPE is receiving emails and comments from TBOP officials, RTPs, System Administrators and PO&RMS Accountants etc that their problem is not finding a place in the Charter of Demands.
All the above problems are already covered under the Sectional Charter of Demands submitted to the Department in March 2008, which is a demand in the present charter of demands also. The 19 Points in the Charter are only the broad headlines and when we publish the entire sub-heading demands inside each main 19 heads, each and every demand will be clear for all. Full demands list will be placed in the website after the Charter of Demands is further improved with the suggestions from membership and the General Secretaries finalise the Charter shortly before submission on 19.12.2008 to Government.
We only request all to suggest whatever opinion comrades want to send without forming wrong opinions that their issues are omitted like that. The Charter is being improved and full charter when published comrades can see the entire demands in one place. No issue of any section of employees will be omitted by us in the Charter of Demands.
Full Charter of Demands - Complete Strike Tour details of all India leaders - the development of talks on GDS issues with the Senior Officers Committee headed by Shri.Gopinath the Chief PostMaster General - will all be placed in the website shortly.
Sir,
ReplyDeleteHappy to see that the issues of TBOP, System Administrators, Erstwhile RTPs have a seat in the
Sectional Charter of Demands. It is quite natural that the employees are worried when the problems in the main charter of demands are not resolved, what will be fate of demands in the sectional charter. Any way all classes including the Accountants are agitated inside.
Kindly do justice this time. Other wise employees will be forced to loose confidence in the Unions.

What is present status of new ACP scheme for Postal staff? Is it true that is going to introduce as 16/26/36 years.
ReplyDeleteDear Comrade Sumit - Not exactly like that - it is a bit complicated - But let us first wait for the orders to be released by the DOPT - One thing is certain - we will fight if any damaging clause like that is introduced by the Government - We want ACP and we want without any complications - We are ready to fight if necessary for that - Regards
